The big win is seeing their skills develop

It’s not just the technical skills that young people learn through sport – they pick up many valuable life lessons as well. Hear about the skills Dame Lisa Carrington, our most decorated Olympian, learnt through her involvement in various sports from her childhood.

The big win is when they give back

One of the big wins in sport is when participants start giving back to their sport and their community, whether it’s through coaching, volunteering, or in another capacity. Listen to some coaches talk about what they love most about giving back to the next generation.
