Salary survey

Sport New Zealand sponsors an annual survey of the salaries and benefits provided in the sport and recreation sector. A remuneration consultancy collects the data in March each year and prepares a remuneration report that covers the sector and wider not-for-profit employment market. Participation is free for national and regional sport and recreation organisations, and you will receive customised reports and access to an online database. Please email Sport New Zealand to request to participate in the survey.

Sport New Zealand also provides tools and resources to help national and regional sport and recreation organisations manage remuneration for their paid workforce. The tools and resources are available as online courses which you can find on www.sporttutor.nz.
