Benefits include feeling healthier during pregnancy, reduced labour times, and accelerated recovery and weight loss after giving birth.

There are benefits for baby too. If mum is healthy and happy after birth and continues to be active with her baby, then baby can gain all the developmental benefits of ‘Active Movement’.
