Booking information - seminars
Who can book
The seminars have been specifically designed and developed for chief executives, senior and specialist staff, and board members from:
- national sport organisations
- national recreation organisations
- regional sports trusts
Booking enquiries from other sport and recreation organisations should be emailed to seminarregistrations@sportnz.org.nz. Workshops are by invitation only.
Booking terms and conditions
- An organisation may book a maximum of two places on any one seminar.
- If you are unable to attend, you may not substitute another person for your booking without prior consent from Sport NZ. This is to ensure the group mix is appropriate for each seminar.
- Places are limited and we reserve the right to decline any request.
- The system will only accept your booking if you have provided all of the information requested on the booking form.
Requesting a place on any seminar confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
We aim to have 100% participation in all of our seminars.
The programme is very popular and many seminars are over-subscribed. Cancelling or not attending a seminar can deny another person the opportunity to attend.
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please inform us no later than 10 business days before the seminar. Otherwise, a $250 fee (including GST) will be charged for late cancellation or non-attendance.
Travel and accommodation
Please note that participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation bookings and costs, and no compensation will be paid should a seminar be re-scheduled or cancelled.
