The Sport NZ Online Governance Evaluation System (OGES)  has been developed to assist in the evaluation and development of the boards of sport and recreation organisations.

The OGES is a user-friendly system that enables boards to generate a comprehensive picture of governance effectiveness, and creates clear action plans for boards to address development needs.
