To take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the community.
To provide scholarship grants each year to deserving young people of the North Harbour region.
Canterbury, West Coast, Otago and Marlborough regions.
To assist in the provision and development of rescue and medical equipment operated by the Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust. Includes, but not limited to, the provision of winch training and helicopter expenses, also donations to bona fide charitable, educational, sport, cultural and community organisations within the local community. Excludes payments to professional sports people.
MacKenzie ; Timaru ; Waimate ; Waitaki - South Canterbury limited to south of the Rangitata river. Waitaki district limited to north of Waitaki river.
The Trust provides financial support for charitable purposes that will benefit the people of South Canterbury
The AMP Scholarship Programme rewards those with the courage, passion, determination and commitment to achieve their chosen goal no matter what obstacles lie in their path.
The overall purpose of this non profit is to give faith hope and opportunity to individuals of all backgrounds to succeed regardless of circumstances. The charity aims to provide opportunity, and/or the tools required, and/or additional training or help with training, to those of exceptional talents who dreams, hopes and talents could not otherwise be realised due to economics, geographic locations or other such factors. The charity is to raise the well being of, and empower the individual and create equal opportunity for New Zealanders here and abroad.
Available for students enrolled at Whanganui UCOL (Universal College of Learning). Scholarships are awarded to students in recognition of effort and achievement, to assist with financial hardship, or for a combination of circumstances.

The Large Grants Recreation Fund provides contestable grants to sports and recreational groups that provide a comprehensive range of services and operate within the Rodney Local Board Area, or the Hibiscus Coast Subdivision of the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board (being within the previous boundaries of the Rodney District Council).

This fund provides financial assistance to community groups and not-for-profit organisations that are providing services, projects or activities of benefit to the social and/or cultural wellbeing of the Papakura community.
