Trying to work out what training you or the officials in your team need, can seem like a daunting task. Here are some questions to help you identify your training needs, and plan an approach to help you get what you are looking for.
Not all learning requires a workshop in order to bridge the gap. Follow this decision-making process to decide the type of learning required for yourself or your officials based on the gap between where the person is now, and where they need to be.

This assessment can be completed by officials at the start of the season to determine skill and knowledge in each of the learning areas.
Note: this is not an assessment of performance – it is an indication of whether a person knows something or can apply a particular skill, not whether they are actually doing it.
