The toolkit has been developed to provide sport organisations and facility managers with information, tools and support to engage with diverse communities.

It aims to help with encouraging these communities to play sport, as part of a long term strategy to increase sport participation.
The toolkit was developed by partner organisations Sport Auckland, Sport NZ, ARPAST and Auckland Council (and the former Auckland City Council), to assist Auckland’s sport organisations and facility managers to better engage with diverse communities.
