Club Development Officer / Playing Senior Coach
Background to the position
The Wellington Collegians Cricket Club is seeking a Club Development Officer and Playing Senior Coach. This role is co-funded by Cricket Wellington as part of the “One-Club” programme as a mechanism to ensure the ongoing growth and administrative sustainability of grass roots cricket in the Wellington region. At Wellington Collegians, the tasks of the Club Development Officer have been expanded to include leading roles as the Club’s junior coach and playing head coach of the Club’s senior squad. The Playing Senior Coach will be available for hire for personalised tuition and is expected to grow a portfolio of external contracts to schools and individuals. This is a full-time and permanent position, which will be reviewed seasonally based on performance.
